I am passionate about helping women cultivate courage ,authenticity with a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

I aim to support women in attaining these habits in their personal and professional lives, through practice of yoga and life coaching.

My mission here is to provide a safe and nurturing, non-judgmental space, where everyone embrace her true identity on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

I offer private and group yoga classes and meditation sessions to enhance overall one’s wellbeing.
